14 DAY REFUND or EXCHANGE ( Free of re-posting charge )

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if it's not suitable or you are unhappy with it we will REFUND your item(s) Or if you prefer EXCHANGE, FREE of re-posting charges in UK* , any goods purchased on this site, provided they are returned in perfect condition with original tags / labels,  within 14 days of reciept.  Please use the returns form attatched to your invoice and return via Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in post.  Sorry postage cannot be refunded. *Exchanges to addresses outside UK may require a re-posting charge to be paid.

If you are returning an item from outside EU, please attatch a customs declaration to the parcel and fill it in as RETURN and ORIGIN = UK

3 MONTHS FAULTY GOODS WARRANTEE.

If you find fault with any item purchased,  please inform us of the problem within 3 months of order by emailing info@cooshti.com or telephoning +44 (0)117 9290850. Then you will need to return the item via recorded delivery. We will then inspect the goods and provided the fault is of the manufacturer and not caused by errors in washing or fair wear & tear we will refund in full or exchange if you prefer. ( In the event as to any doubt as to liability for the fault, we will refer the item to the supplier for thier assesment.) 

Your Statutory Rights are unaffected. We are governed by E.U. Law, British trading standards and the 'Distance selling' laws of England and Wales.
